In Home Training
Our in-home puppy training is designed to provide support and guidance before your puppy has had their full vaccinations, ensuring that they start off on the right paw from the very beginning.
The complete programme introduces the foundations of puppy training with some words of wisdom and additional information that extends far beyond basic training.
This service is also ideal for dogs who need additional support before venturing out into the world or for addressing training issues related to behaviour problems at home.In-home training is an ideal way to start your puppy’s training by teaching the foundations before the vaccinations have been completed. You will receive your trainers undivided attention in the comfort of your own home.
In this 6 week training course your trainer will visit you once a week for an hour to support, guide and provide feedback on the following skills:
- Reward marker word and release word
- Sit
- Recall
- Heel
- Sit / stays
This six week programme will also guide you to teach your puppy:
- Door and crate manners
- House training
- Settle
- Manners in the house
- Manners at mealtimes
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Pet care
- Dog related law
- Plus much more
This 6 week course is £325
This programme can also be tailored for older puppies and adult dogs where in home training is most appropriate.

A single session consultation where your trainer will visit you at home or at a location away from MNDT.
This session can be used to establish training issues at home and develop a training plan that continues at home or moves to one of our training centres.
Home visits are £55 - 75 depending on location.
Puppy classes
Our puppy classes focus on real-life scenarios to support the development of well-rounded, well-mannered, and well-behaved dogs. Through socialisation, engagement, impulse control, loose lead walking, basic commands like sit and down, heelwork, recall, and more, we help puppies build a strong foundation of obedience and good behaviour.
Our training doesn't stop there - we offer ongoing support and guidance to you and your puppy through the challenging adolescent phase and into adulthood.
Our puppy classes are fun filled, positive reward based training sessions. The six week course builds upon our in home training package and further develops skills in

A Tailored Training Programme
Our classes are an excellent opportunity to correctly and appropriately socialise your puppy with other people and dogs. We pride ourselves in tailoring our training programme to meet your needs.
Our goal is to help your puppy develop into a well-adjusted, well-behaved adult dog through positive reinforcement and consistent training methods.
This 6 week training course costs £120 per puppy.
Enrollment in our puppy class is open to any fully vaccinated puppy up to 6 months old.

These sessions are perfect for clients who wish to have an individualised training plan for obedience or gundog training.
Training sessions are up to an hour long.
121 sessions can be used in preparation for moving into a group class or alongside a group class.
121 Training Sessions
Sometimes our dogs need a little more attention to help them with learning new skills. 121 sessions offer you the undivided attention of your trainer to focus and work on any aspect of training.

Much like the 121 training package these sessions are perfect for households with 2 dogs needing a little more attention.

Follow on training
For those looking to further their dog's training, we offer obedience class progressions and training walks for any dog that has attended a puppy class, one-to-one session or home visit.
These classes are suitable for any dog that has completed a puppy class or attended a 121 session at MNDT and offers you the opportunity to maintain and progress your training and work towards coveted obedience grades.
£120 for 6 sessions
Follow on classes are booked as a block of 6 sessions to be used over an 8 week period.

Gundog training
Our gundog classes are perfect for developing and working with the innate traits of gundog breeds, focusing on steadiness, retrieve work (marked, memory, blind, directional), stop whistle, recall to heel, and obedience progressions.
Our gundog classes offer you the opportunity to develop the natural instincts of any gundog breed or mix. Fun, friendly and developmental classes with exercises you can replicate on your own or with family at home and out and about.
Our Gundog classes are available to any dog who has attended a puppy class or 121 session at MNDT and enjoys retrieving.
This 90 minute session 6 week training course costs £180 per dog.
Behaviour modification training
We also specialise in behaviour modification training, helping dogs overcome challenging behaviours and develop positive habits.
